Esparagos - Victorian Asparagus, Stracciatella cheese and salsa verde
Pincho Morunos - Western Plains pork scotch skewers, marinated in Andalucian Moorish spices and served with Mojo Picon
Dinner
Fideos Malagueno - Malaga-style braised pasta 'Fideos' with cuttlefish, saffron and rockling
Pollo con Mole Mexicana - Milawa free range Roasted Chicken with Tres a Cinco Mole, runner beans and coriander butter (1/2 chicken)
Estofado - Full blood Sher Wagyu beef shin slow cooked in paprika and sherry served with carrots.

Tiramisu - Spanish flavoured tiramisu with Pedro Ximenez

This Friday, the 22nd of October, and Saturday the 23rd of October we'll be preparing 80 boxes a day for delivery within 15km of Melbourne's CBD. The format will be the same as we've run with in previous lockdowns; an very generous meal plan for two; breakfast, lunch and dinner delivered either Friday or Saturday each week. Cooked by our team at MoVida Aqui and delivered by our own waitstaff.
