Welcome to this week's MoVida Menu del Dia! Once again we're offering a full set of provisions delivered to your door - cooked by Frank and the MoVida crew. After a couple of weeks of 'Dessert Specials' flying out the door we've also taken the hint and included something sweet in this weeks' pack to finish the day off in style...
Thursday, Friday and Saturday we will be delivering a box packed full of ready to eat provisions, inspired by the sort of comfort-cooking the abuelas (grandmothers) of Spain would put together for when the family returns home, hearty, nourishing, delicious. The menu is designed to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner for two, although in true 'Abuela' fashion it is a very generous 'two' - there's enough food there to cover any additional nietos (grandchildren) in the household, or make for some pretty impressive leftovers the day after.
This week we have a total of 70 packs per day, for delivery Thursday the 28th, Friday the 29th, or Saturday the 30th of May.
The packs are put together the day of delivery, then delivered between 12pm and 5pm, so if you order the pack for Thursday delivery, you'll have full provisions for Friday sorted.
The packs are available for $165.00 delivered, or $225.00 with a bottle of white and a bottle of red tucked in the box too!

Pisto Manchego - Braised Mediterranean style vegetables with baked eggs
Empanada - Braised beef with chipotle sauce in short crust pastry
Chorizo a la Sidre - La Boqueria Chorizo with Basque cider and Fabada beans
Garbanzos - Braised Andalusian style silverbeet and chickpeas
Cerdo - Roasted Western Plains Pork Belly with roasted brussel sprouts in fruto seco sauce.
Pato - Slow Roasted Duck legs with braised Mount Zero lentils and Carrasco Jamon
Pollo - Half a roasted Milawa chicken with paprika and garlic braised potatoes
Setas - Mushrooms roasted with garlic, thyme and parsley butter finished with sherry vinegar
Arroz con Leche - Spanish warm rice pudding, flavoured with cinnamon and citrus served with baked quince and chocolate.

The box will contain simple instructions to re-heat and serve, and all food will be packaged so the days menu can be stretched across a few days if necessary. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dietary requirements at this time.
