A rich, dry, decadent Cava.
El Bosc is a straight varietal Xarel-lo Cava, from an old, prized parcel of vines in the centre of Can Suriol, which combine textural complexity and depth with Xarel-lo’s natural longevity.
It’s a rich, dry and decadent Cava, full of roasted nut, dried flower and toast tones. The primary ferment happens in Castanyer (Acacia) barrels, which is an old tradition in the region and seems to imparts a gentle undertone of crushed pine needles.
