Victoria Torres Pecis 'Albillo Criollo'

 Albillo Criollo is a native grape to the canary islands. It is not related to the any of the Albillo grapes grown on the mainland, but instead is a distant relation to the Torrontes grape variety.

The fruit is sourced from a vineyard in the north-west of the island that sits at 1200m absl. Grapes are all harvested by hand and aged with 25% stems in stainless steel.
