Crystaline, aromatic

The Malvasia Seco from Vitoria Torres is planted on volcanic pebbles called 'lapilli'. It is grown on a 130 year old parcel to the west of the island, called Llanos Negros. The vineyard is highly thought of as the 'grand cru' of the island.

The grapes see a short skin-contact before being aged in large old barrels for 9 months, before being bottled.
