A delicate combination of dark plum and cola scents alongside violet, blueberry and rock notes.
Bellavista is a half-hectare parcel of 80-year-old vines at 930 metres altitude, planted on a bed of white pebbles with a gentle northerly incline. The unusual concentration of these small pebbles helps to create a wine that’s deceptively light, delicate and long for something made entirely from Ribera del Duero’s Tinto Fino, a local Tempranillo whose thicker skins typically create robust, rich and powerful wines.
Bellavista shows dark plum and cola scents alongside violet, blueberry and rock notes. It’s perhaps the most mineral, but at the same time, the least typical of the Quinta Milú single vineyards.
