Real Conservera Mussels Escabeche

Beautiful plump mussels farmed in Rias Baixas where the mighty Rio Sil ebbs into the Atlantic Ocean. Real Conservera long standing relationships in the region give them access to the finest raw material; this is then simply steamed 'a la vapor' as they would be in local restaurants along the coast with a little bay and lemon before being dressed in Pimenton and white wine vinegar. The results are simply delicious.
