This pack contains the basics for a bloody lovely afternoon. We've thrown together a couple of bottles of wine and all the basics you'll need to put together a cracking paella and a few extra snacks on the side! It'll also include detailed instructions from the boss, Frank Camorra, on how to make a brilliant paella. All you'll need beyond our pack is a whatever fresh seafood you think looks good at the market, a bit of olive oil and a couple of wedges of lemon.
Specifically the pack includes two bottles of wine - Leirana Albarino and Casa Castillo Monstrell. Pre-paella snacks in the form of MoVida Sardines, MoVida Mussels and MoVida Romesco - we highly recommend the Sardines and Romesco on sourdough toast as a little tapa. Then the paella goodies themselves, a proper paella pan, Spanish saffron and bomba rice, the recipe and our rather wonderful Shellfish Fumet.
