Pulled from the small parcels of Tempranillo and Garnacha in the foothills of the Sierra de Tolono. Sandra farms this organically and selected this site due to the freshness which results in amazing acidity.

Crafted with finesse and delicacy in mind resulting in a dry textural Rose, white flowers, red currants, cherries and raspberries with a salty finish.
