Vocanic, earthy, spice
Ladera is a 1 hectare, single vineyard on the slope of the San Antonio volcano, planted to Negramoll. The variety is typically only grown on the northern part of the island and as such is an absolute rarity to find it growing here.
The grapes are all fermented with indigenous yeasts and then aged in old foudres on fine lees for a year.
The wine retains a more smokey, earthiness, with dark fruits and hints of aniseed.
